Freiheit für alle politischen Gefangenen!

Die Journalistin Meşale Tolu, von 2007 bis 2012 Studentin an der Frankfurter Goethe-Universität, ist seit April 2017 in der Türkei in Haft – eine von über 150 inhaftierten kritischen JournalistInnen, eine von zahllosen GegnerInnen des autoritären Erdogan-Regimes. Nach der Festnahme des Journalisten Deniz Yücel im Februar diesen Jahres hat wohl kein „Fall“ in der BRD so ein Aufsehen erregt wie der Willkür-Akt des Erdogan-Regimes gegen diese junge linke Journalistin mit deutschem Pass.

Rede zu Blockupy auf der Gezi-Kundgebung am 28. Mai auf der Alten Oper

Ich bin von der Interventionistischen Linken und bei NoTroika Rhein Main, dem regionalen Blockupy – Bündnis. Ich möchte nun ein paar Worte zu den diesjährigen Blockupy Protesten sagen.

Die Kundgebung heute trägt das Motto "Vom Gezi Park nach Frankfurt". Ziel ist es in Solidarität zusammenzustehen und die Parallelen unserer Kämpfe aufzuzeigen. Ich war selbst noch nie in der Türkei und habe wenig Kenntnis über die Linke dort. Das sage ich gleich zu Beginn. Dennoch sehe ich einige Gemeinsamkeiten:
